  28. I have run NT on 8, 16, 32, 48 and 64MB machines. On 8 it's really not very
  29. functional, on anything over 16MB it runs just fine. With 32 and more I
  30. believe it runs better than Windows 3.1. I wonder if you ran non enhanced
  31. video card, or worse failed to install a driver for an enhanced video card.
  32. Running in vanilla VGA when you have say an S3, is just asking the system
  33. to poke a bit.
